Originally from Australia and now based in Toronto, Gerry brings over 20 years of global experience driving cultural and pedagogical change as a learner, teacher, leader, consultant, and coach. She helps shape the future of education by leaning into her superpowers of kindness, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
Throughout her career, Gerry has worked for and with schools and organizations including the International Baccalaureate, NoTosh, Toddle, and the Common Ground Collaborative. She currently serves on the national EdCan Advisory Board.Â
Gerry is deeply dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments that celebrate identity and equity. By developing real learning experiences that foster empathy and understanding, she is honoured to support The Katie Macdonald Foundation for a Better World in its mission to broaden minds and hearts through the transformative power of literature.
Charlie is pursuing a Master of Science in Motorsport Engineering at Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom. He graduated in 2025 from Queen's University in Ontario with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering.
